| Louise Casey, head of the Government’s Troubled Families Programme, has published a report looking at the problems families face. It is based on 16 case studies and investigates the problems experienced, what caused the problems and what sort of help will enable them to change. Found that child abuse was a factor in the dysfunction of many of the families. |
