Prevent statutory duty: guidance for further education providers
The Department for Education (DfE) has published guidance for further education (FE) providers and skills providers within the FE sector in England on the prevent duty. The guidance covers: what the prevent duty is; safeguarding responsibilities; and recommendations on recruitment, induction and ongoing assessment.
