The Department of Health for Northern Ireland has published guidance to accompany the Children’s Social Care (Coronavirus) (Temporary Modification of Children’s Social Care) Regulations (NI) 2020. The Regulations, which are being made in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, are intended to be in place for a period of six months but may be revoked at an earlier stage.
