Home Office Consultation on the definition of domestic violence
| The Home Office has published a consultation on the definition of domestic violence. It seeks views on: whether the current definition is working; whether ‘coercive control’ should be reflected in the definition; and whether the definition should include victims under 18 years. The consultation closes on 30 March 2012. |
